Bring Magnolia to Your Students

Want to engage and encourage your students to attend school and prepare them for their future? Want to connect students with jobs and careers in local businesses but don’t have the capacity to build a career readiness program?

The Magnolia Project is a simple, cost-effective way of engaging middle and high school students and preparing them for their meaningful next phase after K-12. We cultivate relationships with local businesses and industry mentors who are eager to engage our youth and build a future pipeline for their workforce – then connect them with schools and students like yours.

Our team helps schools easily embed career exploration and apprenticeship pathways into the school day and year for middle and high school students using a custom-built technology platform and relationships with hundreds of local businesses.

Benefits include

  • Personalized career exploration curriculum that helps students to discover the passions, industries, and careers that are exciting for them

  • Connections to local businesses and trusted industry mentors that have been vetted, trained, and supported to work with students

  • Hands-on career exploration or apprenticeship experiences that engage students today and build durable skills for tomorrow

  • Support with developing a plan for their meaningful next phase after K-12, which can be shared with family, friends, teachers and counselors.
